We understand that women have unique needs and concerns when it comes to their recovery and that for many, gender specific women’s sober living is a crucial element of a successful program. The stunning two story campus is nestled on almost 5 acres and sets back off the road. Residents have access to the gourmet style kitchen, or can enjoy watching the sunset from the deck over looking the back yard.
BHA is a privately owned agency. The leadership team at BHA includes a Program Director and a House Manager. The remainder of the staff at BHA are Recovery Coaches who are responsible for supervising and providing support to campus residents. All BHA staff are paid employees (not volunteers); go through a series of background and other checks prior to employment and all receive ongoing supervision and training in order to provide quality support to all residents. Most importantly, all BHA staff have either personal experience in recovery from substance abuse, experience in dealing with a family member with substance abuse and/or have an interest in becoming a professional substance abuse counselor.
